-  Occupancy limits 2 guests/room.
-  Occupancy for Ban Foithonginthanon limits 4-6 guests.
-  Occupancy for Thaveechaiphaphum Raft House limits not more than 15 guests. -  Children under 10 years old, not more than 2 children may stay with their     parents with no additional charges.
-  In case of extra occupancy, only 1 guest is allowed for extra occupancy in each     room. An extra charge/night is also required , 250 bahts for electrical-fan    room and 350 baths for air conditioned room.
-  In case of camping ground, a utility charge is required for 125 bahts/guest/night
-  A camping land site management charge is required for at least 150 bahts
   /tent/night, depending on the size of tent.
-  Tents for rent are available. A charge is required from 150-350 bahts/tent/night,    occupancy depending on the size of the tent.
-  Check-in time is 13:30.
-  Check-out time is 12:00.
-  Food cooking and fire is not allowed in any room and any house. Any breaking    rule activities could be charged for 500-5,000 bahts except any fire at the    permitted areas.
-  In case of occupancy with a pet, an extra charge for room cleaning is required for    150-300 bahts/pet, depending on the size and specie of the pet.
-  Bansuan Thaveechaiphaphum reserves rights to change any room rate and
   room policy without any notification to all guests.
-  Bansuan Thaveechaiphaphum reserves rights to change rooms for guests in    case of uncontrolled situations.
