ฺBan Foithongintanon is a 2-storey wooden house. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with part of its ceiling open to the upper floor and a bedroom arranged for 2 guests with the bathroom that can be accessed from both the bedroom and the stair hall. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom for 4 guests with its beddings arranged on the natural mat. Each bathroom is comfortable with a wash basin, a water closet and a warm shower.

Other in-house amenities also include a television, portable fans, a ceiling fan and a refrigerator.

A large welcoming verandah, paved with baked brick is specially designed for guests coming in a group. Translucent roof tiles are added to provided sufficient light.

Above this verandah, a tiny terrace with long permanent bench along its length is introduced to this area. It is delightful to sip a cup of coffee in the morning sun here. At the end of this terrace there is a little brick stair connecting this terrace to the large one cascading under a pleasant shade of a big tree. This large terrace is suitable for guests to enjoy their outdoor activities such as a weekend picnic.

A big wooden lakeside verandah on the 1st floor is constructed under a well covered roof with a band of tranparent roof tiles cascaded from the main one. It provides sufficient natural light and also opportunity of unobstructed view. This verandah is provided for guests to fully enjoy their relaxing time together with a great view of the lake and mountainous range. A wooden swinging chair and 2 rustic-style dinner table sets are provided at the lakeside verandah to enjoy the view and to fulfil guests' reunion time.

On the upper floor, balconies are provided on both sides, above the welcoming verandah and above the lakeside verandah for guests to overlook the view around.

The exterior siding is finished with log pieces on the ground level and wooden lap siding on the upper level. The interior finishing is mostly wooden boards. Incorparating other details such as the balustrade of the verandah, brick pavement and the style of verandah roofs assists Ban Foithongintanon to accomplish its own rustic style to fulfil your complete relaxation.
